MINISTRY EXPANSION

Following the impacts of the pandemic, we have sensed a continued and clarified call to reach, serve and prioritize kingdom ministry to the next generation. Creating intentional spaces for community and kingdom encounter.


FACILITY EXPANSION

In 2023, we identified Student Facility expansion as a top priority. As we took steps to discern feasible options, we have arrived at a decision to expand on our existing property. We aim to realize the launch of a construction project in Fall 2024. This timeline is dependent on funding and gaining city approval for our desired project.

Dear Vineyard Family,


Investing in the next generation is a key expression of our vision to join the mission of God in the cities we love.


Last fall, we experienced an incredible outpouring of generosity when 36 families gave $250,000 cash toward a facility to accommodate our middle and high school students. This generous response allowed us to launch an aggressive planning process, securing an architectural firm and general contractor. 


If you felt like the fall campaign was atypical and on a compressed timeline, you would be right! 


If you haven’t already, now is your opportunity to join in this exciting student expansion! 


The project will be funded by a combination of designated gifts and bank loans. To minimize our debt load, our goal is to raise an additional $200,000 through one-time gifts and 2 year pledge commitments. 


Steps of Faith: Your Invitation

  • Begin giving regularly - If you have not been a regular contributor to the Kingdom work at Vineyard Pearland, prayerfully seek God’s guidance as to where to start. It doesn’t have to be a large amount. A small amount given with a generous heart is honored by God.
  • Begin tithing - Scripture guides us to give back to God a tithe (10%) of the provisions He has given to us. Pray and ask if now is the time to embrace His call. 
  • Begin giving sacrificially - commit to joining in providing a “home” for student and community ministry. Participate in the Next Now Campaign…giving over the next 2 years to fund the expansion through designated giving to the “Building Fund”


We believe now is the time for us to prioritize the next generation. God is able to provide and we are inviting you to pray and respond as the living God leads.
